The development will consist of restoration works to front façade which will include new front entrance door and surround, restoration of existing windows, strip off plaster and re-plaster, replacement of existing window and door at basement level with new double glazed unit together with modifications and renovations to internal plan layout. The development also includes roof light on rear elevation together with modifications to existing rear elevations and all associated site works.
