The development will consist of the demolition of existing side garage to existing house, the provision of one new two bedroom detached two storey house to include dormered roof space above, solar tubes to front roof pitch, new front vehicular access, new side pedestrian gate, SuDS drainage and all associated ancillary works to facilitate the development.
