Commencement Notice

Restoration of The Stella Theatre in Rathmines. The works involve the removal of more recent internal partitions and ceilings to restore the premises to the original layout. The works will include the provision of a bar / restaurant at the ground and first floors to compliment the cinema use. The auditorium will be restored back to a single screen with mezzanine. The building facade will also be opened up and restored.
