The unit forms part of an existing 3-storey commercial premises (Block A) located at M4 Business Park in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. The fire safety design has been carried out in accordance with that of purpose group 3 – office as agreed with Kildare Fire Brigade in advance of the submission.
