The development will include the following - 1) Installation of new mezzanine floor, with access staircase and internal partitions. 2) New ground floor level retail fit-out including all display shelving, customer service counters, lighting etc. The fit-out will also include internal partitions to create rear storage area and wheelchair accessible W.C.
