Development building, to consist of: - The internal fitout of 9no. exist cinema auditoria, and all associated projector areas - The internal fitout of staff and storage areas - The fitout of the existing concession areas to include a concession/ticketing stand, and food counter, and all associated storage - The installation of all internal and external cinema signage.
