Proposed development consists of 1) construction of dormer window to rear elevation and attic conversion to include 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as part of new 1st floor level 2) installation of 2 roof lights to the front and 1 to the rear 3) removal of the rear chimney 4) provision of an additional window in existing 1st floor bedroom facing the rear boundary.
