Ancillary siteworks and external facilities including Waste Handling Compound, Pipe Bridges, fencing, site roadways, loading docks and yards, external plant and equipment items all associated with the Bio-pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility Building Group. Note that a separate Building Control Commencement Notice shall be lodged for ancillary buildings and related siteworks forming part of this development.
