B1 is a proposed to construct a new residential building at Scholarstown known as block B1, Knocklyon, Dublin 16 N6V6. The project involves the construction of a six storey building which consists solely of residential accommodation at all levels and is served by a single stair which discharges directly to the outside on ground floor level. The proposed building will consist of twelve private apartments from ground floor to fourth floor respectively. The fifth floor will consist of eight apartments.
