The material alterations to the building include the upgrade of the compartment wall between front of house (FOH) & back of house (BOH). The removal of existing boiler room new final exit to be installed, demolish 2 no. existing entrance lobbies, construction of new entrance lobby, external elevational changes with new glazing, cladding and part louver screen to the north east, north west, south west and part south east facing elevations.
